Of course you can! Firstly, you’ll get 60 days of FREE on-site support with your new system. Throughout this 60 days we’ll “hold your hand” and make sure your team is 100% comfortable with the system.

After this period expires you can still get support through one of our Focus Care support packages or on a paid ad-hoc basis.

Firstly, you can expect a single point of contact from a project manager that will keep you in the loop every step of the way.

When it comes to the installation you can expect us to show up on time, be friendly and clean up after ourselves! ​

Our installers are all experienced technicians who install systems of outstanding quality every day and are trained to a very specific standard.

As much as you need to feel comfortable with the system. We always give you a a quick run through after the installation is complete.

If you need us to return and go through things in more detail that’s not a problem, and is included in your 60 days of complimentary on-site support.

Yes, it’s our job to provide an accurate quote to you based off a thorough site visit or documentation. We’re up front with our costs and our quotes are broken down line by line for full transparency.

We do everything we can to ensure your system will operate reliably. Technology isn’t perfect but we’ll use every trick in our book to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. We’ve been doing this for years so we already know the issues we’re up against and have systems in place to mitigate risk.
